BIO

Mike is a founding member of O’Leary, Shelton, Corrigan, Peterson, Dalton & Quillin. Mike represents plaintiffs suffering from serious or catastrophic injuries in a wide range of cases, including those involving dangerous or defective pharmaceuticals, medical device failures, serious motor vehicle collisions and dangerous conditions of property. Mike is admitted to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois, and he accepts cases from all over the country.

Mike has extensive experience litigating pharmaceutical and medical device cases. In fact, he has represented thousands of clients in such litigations, including those involving Yaz/Yasmin, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Actos, Pradaxa, Granuflo, DePuy metal-on-metal hips, Roundup, Transvaginal Mesh (TVM), Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), IVC Filters, and many others. Mike has overseen the resolution of millions of dollars in settlements for those injured by defective products.

Mike was born and raised in St. Louis, attended St. Louis University High School, and earned his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri School and of Law.

Mike also has a Master’s degree in Management in Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and prior to attending law school, Mike was a Software Engineer, developing structural engineering software for the building components industry.

Mike is the son of the late St. Louis County, Missouri State Court Judge, Dennis Quillin. Mike currently lives in St. Louis with his wife and son.
