CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) Breathing Machines
The FDA urges anyone using Philips DreamStation, CPAP, or BiPAP machines to discontinue use immediately. These machines can release toxic particles and gases into the lungs of users, causing cancer, severe respiratory problems, and other health complications. You may have a claim if you or a loved one experienced health issues from using one of these machines.
Paraquat
Long-term exposure to the popular herbicide, Paraquat, has been shown to increase the risk of developing Parkinson’s disease. In fact, it is so toxic that it is banned in 32 countries and restricted to commercial use only in the U.S. If you were exposed to Paraquat and subsequently suffer from this neurodegenerative disorder, you may have a claim against the manufacturer.
3M Ear Plugs
Do you have hearing loss or tinnitus after serving in the military? 3M recently admitted it sold defective earplugs to the U.S. military for more than ten years. The Combat Arms Earplugs were supposed to seal off the outer ear canal and block out high-level noises, but the design defect left our veterans vulnerable to hearing damage.
